LOADABLE DUMBBELL BAR: The kit includes 16" standard dumbbell handles pair and 4 Spring Clip . It will not wear the rod body due to multiple disassembly and assembly.

SECURE GRIP: The grip is made with a knurling process to further improve the slip resistance of the palm and prevent the palm from sweating and slipping during exercise.
